Signature and small arrangements: 48 hours ahead for weekdays, 72 hours for weekends. Custom orders: 1 week minimum for small commissions, 3 weeks for weddings and large events. Need something sooner? Send me an email. Sometimes it's possible.

You'll receive a two-hour delivery window the day before your arrangement arrives. Most local deliveries happen between 10am–4pm, Tuesday through Saturday. We don't deliver Sundays or Mondays — those are rest days. On purpose.

Yes, and this is one of the most meaningful things you can do with this brand. Add your recipient's address at checkout and include a note. If you're not sure which rest type to choose for them, pick "The Hush" — it's the most universally received.

Fresh flowers are living and final sale. If an arrangement arrives damaged or significantly different from what was promised, contact me within 24 hours with photos and I'll make it right. Replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on what makes sense. I stand behind every bloom.

Yes. Seasons change. Depletion changes. If the rest you've been neglecting shifts, your subscription can shift with it. Email me or adjust it in your account before your next billing cycle.

Within 7–10 days of signup, depending on the delivery day in your area. After that, monthly subscriptions arrive on the same day every month; seasonal subscriptions arrive on the first Saturday of each new season.
